About Our Founder

Our Founder, Shasta Averyhardt’s journey in golf began in Flint, Michigan, at just seven years old. Her passion for the game led to an accomplished collegiate career at Jackson State University, where she earned nine tournament victories and set conference records. In 2011, she made history by earning her LPGA Tour card, becoming only the fourth African American woman to do so. Over the course of 15 years, she competed on the LPGA, Ladies European Tour, and LPGA Epson Tour, securing 7 professional wins amongst a various playing schedule, competing in the U.S. Women’s Open, and making a lasting mark on the game.

Beyond competition, Shasta has always seen golf as more than a sport; it’s a platform for branding, storytelling, and meaningful connections. Her experience navigating sponsorships, media engagements, and brand partnerships as a professional athlete inspired her to help others maximize their impact in the golf space. Today, she focuses on golf consulting and media, working with corporations, brands, and organizations to provide operational advisory and create strategic opportunities through golf.

An advocate for women in sports and HBCU Golf initiatives and junior golfers, Shasta is passionate about growing the game and elevating its reach beyond the course. When she’s not consulting or creating content, she enjoys traveling, local coffee culture, and supporting animal welfare.

Why I love ASSISTING COMPANIES AND BRANDS WITH GOLF

For over 15 years, I lived and breathed golf; not just as a sport, but as a business. Competing on all 3 of the Women’s Tours has given me firsthand experience with the power of branding, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. Every tournament, every sponsor relationship, and every media opportunity shaped my understanding of how brands can authentically connect with the golf world.

At the same time, I was building my own brand; leveraging digital media, partnerships, and storytelling to engage with fans and sponsors. I saw what worked, what didn’t, and how brands could maximize their impact in the golf space. Now, I’m passionate about helping companies do the same. Golf is more than a game! It’s a platform for meaningful connections, brand storytelling, and business growth.

My goal is to bridge the gap between brands and the golf community, using my unique perspective as both an athlete and a media professional to create strategies that resonate and drive results. Whether it’s strategic or operational consulting, content creation, or brand activation, I love helping companies unlock the full potential of golf.
